We have newest version EasyBlog 5.0.22 with Joomla 3.4.3 and have enabled mailbox posting.
As per instructions we have created a cronjob with crontab and created a dedicated mailbox with our provider just for the blogs.
We have set a praefix "(r2kblog)" to avoid any kind of unwanted blog entries and to have some control on this and have sent emails with text and picture(s).
When we click on testing connection, all is GREEN.
The entire setup looks correct.
Unfortunately no emails are being processed and published as new blog entries.
We tried it once without a praefix at the beginning and it worked fine just one time.
Then we have set the praefix and it is no longer working.
We have removed it and no change.
And we have no idea what is going wrong here.

The cron is working without doubts.
Hello Markus,

Is there anyway we can access your email so that we can see the email we sent has been crawled by Easyblog or not.

Sure....you can login to:

-site details-

Otherwise you can see in EasyBlog setup in backend the email server connection details and setup.

Should be all fine.

Hello Nick,
do you have any news please ?!
We are stucked with this.

As the email autoposting is not working and no new blogs are being generated and consequently no blogs are being published to Facebook, the customer is now posting in Facebook only and is quite frustrated.

hey Markus,

I am really sorry that delay of this reply,

I've checked in your site, it seems like when I change back `mailbox name` to use `INBOX`, it work fine now.

Can you give it a try again and see is it autopost to your Facebook page? If no, is it possible provide us with your Facebook access as well?

Hello,

I can inform you that my test emails with a defined keyword " (r2kblog) " have been processed from mailbox and new blog entry has been created. Same test without keyword in subject line was not processed which is also correct.
The blog has been correctly posted on Facebook. So this is as well working as expected.

So therefore the major issue is solved.

But there are always email notifications when there is a new blog entry while I have deactivated this under
Setup -> Standard Options -> Send email notifications NO

Interestingly when I delete my test blogs, I then also get email notification for the same blog again just as this blog would have been
created - but I have deleted it.
Seems to be another bug.

Hey Markus,

I am really sorry that delay of this reply,

Actually that was default behaviour, only Superadmin will receive email notification even you disable -> send email notification to NO.

Interestingly when I delete my test blogs, I then also get email notification for the same blog again just as this blog would have been
created - but I have deleted it.
Seems to be another bug.

May I know how to replicate this issue? because I tried in my locally it seems work fine.
