I can't access your administration area but I suspect there is a system plugin in place which is preventing Komento's stylesheet from being loaded. Can you try to turn off some of the plugins?

I just logged into the admin area by literally copying and pasting the information attached in the 'site details' tab below. Please log in and advise.

I've applied the fix by changing the following setting from your backend > komento > integration > joomla article > layout, http://screencast.com/t/Eh9F8NNDp8b . I suspect there might be some template overriding on your site thus causing the issue. When I turned it off, everything is loaded correctly now, http://screencast.com/t/5lSnP6VhUHg .
