EB - Facebook autopost - I can't renew token or sign into Facebook to complete the set-up

Dear tech support:
I went to the EasyBlog back end two days ago and found my Facebook token had expired and so I clicked to renew. It reset and said that it was set to expire one day later, yesterday. I then went back yesterday and tried to renew again with no luck. I figured that I needed to revoke and then renew. Now that I have revoked, I cannot re-sign in with Facebook. So I tried everything all over again by creating a new Facebook app (BTW, your tutorials are a bit out of date). After doing this I returned and from the EB ACL Autopost tab I still am not allowed to sign in with Facebook.
I will provide website and Facebook login info below. Anything you need to do, i.e. create a new app, change settings, or blow everything up and start over, you have my permission.

Nick, I can tell you are busy with Facebook because they immediately suspended my account until I verified that the suspicious activity from the Philippines and/or Malaysia was actually me. I am sure that you probably run into that a lot as you try to help users out. I assured them that the suspicious activity was me and you should have access once again.

Can you step us through the creation of the app? I tried doing this, but then the sign up with Facebook button in EB did nothing. Is it necessary to recreate the app each time the token expires? Without your help I never would have been able to figure it out. My blogs have been posted to Facebook lately, but that is only because the Twitter posting was working and I have it set at Twitter to post to Facebook.
I think you should consider doing a new autopost to Facebook set-up tutorial because there are so many little ways to get tripped up, starting with the first options at Facebook on creating the app.

Hello Michael,

Your previous app is already configured correctly. But for the renew token, sometimes facebook won't allow you to renew and you need to re-create app for it. As for the Easyblog Autoposting setting, the autoposting won't work because you have entered page name (michael.leavitt) instead of page ID (1370780625). You can get the id by open this URL: http://graph.facebook.com/michael.leavitt . You can see the the setting in your Backend>Easyblog>autoposting.

Interesting, how did you find the page ID? I'm sure there must be an easy way. I mistakenly thought that the page ID and the page name were interchangeable. I am looking all over and cannot see the easy way to find the page ID, any tips?

You can check your page ID here: http://graph.facebook.com/michael.leavitt . Open your page, and replace 'www' with 'graph' .
