About my domain, we are developing the web site on an intern web server that can not be access from outside.
Is it really mandatory to add it ?

I know ! It's sound crazy. Let me explain our project. We are integrating ES into an engineering school extranet. There is multiple functions that evolve around it. About my question, we would like that student gather different informations about his academic cursus per example at the same place as his profile. One of our dev, imply custom dev into an article. We can not add the code into a module because some script interfere with the code. That's why, I'm trying to find a solution to show an article as well as the user profile dashboard.
I hope this explanation made my initial question a bit clearer !

Do you mean you would like to show Joomla article show on Easysocial user profile dashboard page which created by the user right?

If yes, perhaps you can take a look of my attached screenshot below and see is it you would like to achieve this?

Because after you enabled that `article` app from Easysocial, the user can click on the `article` app filter to show their article on the user profile page.

About your suggestion, it's not what we are trying to do ! We might have found a solution via a third party plugin that allows article or component anywhere. If we made it, I post a screenshot to show you the final result.
