If you would like to modify the position and remove the "state", the file is located
-> JoomlaFolder\media\com_easysocial\apps\fields\user\address\themes\default\content.php

if you would like your country only show 4 countries, you can hack in this file
-> JoolaFolder\administrator\components\com_easysocial\defaults\countries.json

Remember after you customization the file do a backup for prevent future update.
