EasySocial Chat Session vs. ConverseKit Discussion

Hi, I'm reviewing the features of ConverseKit and have the following couple of questions.
1. When users share files within conversekit where will the files be stored? Will it be a temporary stored files or all shared files will stay stored on the server?
2. EasySocial already has a chat session which looks similar to ConverseKit screenshots I am looking is there a difference in the way they functions in chat session within EasySocial vs. Conversekit discussion?

Hi Alex,

1. The attachments will be stored at the location according to EasySocial's conversation attachment storage setting: http://take.ms/O1BWm

2. Chat session wise they are pretty similar. You can try Conversekit out in our demo site to get the feel of it.

I would say the main difference would be the UX, which Conversekit excels as it can be opened on the side on many pages.
