EasySocial 'badges' ...can this be modified?

Rather than having badges for activity, can they be assigned by the administrator for certain purposes.
For instance... if EasySocial is being used for a 'club' and you have different levels of membership, (like associate member, member and council member) can you assign a certain badge based on membership level?

Hi Rick... Check Voices for this and please add your vote!

It was on a future roadmap for implementation so that badges could be created to be (a) directly awardable and (b) directly 'claimable' (the later being for example where people want to say 'I'm a xyz Fan' or 'I've taken this fitness pledge' etc.

The full marvel of the Badges feature lies ahead for us! (please, devs, please, when you can!)
