Hello!

I would like to use our easysocial Users list as a corporate directory and will divide our staff up according to their building. Unfortunatley, the site-wide filters that I have created are not displaying in the order that I created them. Please see attached image. I created them in alphabetical order, and they appear to be scrambled. Any advice is appreciated!
Hello Tim,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply.

Perhaps you can provide us with your joomla backend and FTP access so we can have a closer look on the issue? Please advise

Hello Tim,

The delay wasn't on purposes. Can I know whether is this the test result of alphabetical order that required?

Yes, thank you. That is the order that I created them in.

No, I'm sorry it's not solved. I logged in just now and the order is showing Building/Grounds at the bottom, but it should be the first one alphabetically (and it was the first one I entered).

Hello Tim,

Ah I see. It seems like the provided ftp is not working for me. Can you download the attachment below and place it inside your /administrator/components/com_easysocial/models folder and see how it goes?
