Hi.

How to i set up the site so that registered users aer automatically approved?

And how do i set it up that Events are Automatically approved?

and how to i remove Dating Search from the website?
For the Dating Search, you can Unpublish the module in your Joomla backend. It's titled "EasySocial Dating Search". I don't recall offhand how I set registrations to be automatically approved, but it is possible.

For auto-approval of members, you can go to Profile Types, select the profile type, and a number of tabs will appear. One of the tabs is "Registration". In the drop down boxes you'll find a number of choices.

Hi Anthony,

I am sorry for the late reply. Regarding your issues:
1. How to i set up the site so that registered users are automatically approved?
>> You can set the Profile types registration type to = Normal Registration (automatic login). To do this, go Backend > Components > EasySocial > Profile Types > (profile) > Registration > Registration type = Normal Registration (automatic login). Here my screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/7XVnbnpPE .

2. And how do i set it up that Events are Automatically approved?
>> You can find the setting for Event Moderation at Backend > Components > EasySocial > Profile Types > (profile) > Access > Moderate Event Creation = No. Here my screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/ATCKOQZ5 .

3. and how to i remove Dating Search from the website?
>> You can unpublish the module in your Joomla backend (EasySocial Dating Search)

Hope this will help.
Thanks.

Thank you all for your help.

One more problem tho.

It seems the Quick registration form is not working or not appearing, no matter what i do.

on my site : "http://cayievents.com/" The Quick Registration form is not appearing. Please check the link and you will see.

Iy only show the information to "Don't have an account? Register now to join the community! " and then show the register now tab that you can click on.

But the form that should be there is not, so there is nothing you can fill out.

When i click on the register now tab it gives me these error messages: "Notice You must provide at least one recipient email address. × Warning Empty password not allowed"

Pleae let me know how to fix this.

THanks.
Anthony.

Hello Anthony,

I am sorry for the late reply.
I believe this is most likely you have set the registration process to Full registration.
1. Can you check your settings in the Backend > EasySocial > Settings > Registration > Mode = Quick.
2. Can you also check settings in the Backend > EasySocial > Themes > (themes) > Dashboard > Display mini registration = Yes.

I believe this will resolves your issue but, if this issue is still persist, perhaps you can provide us with backend access and FTP access so that we can check on this issue and assist you fixing this. Please be advise.
Thanks.
