Easydiscuss toolbar is empty

Hello,

The easy discuss toolbar is empty with any layout themes excepted Zinc.

Yes, all themes toolbars do display correctly in protostar.
It should be a conflict between the template (helix3 - Joomshaper) and themes excepted Zinc, why does Zinc display and others not ???

Joomshaper has problably one of worst support available.
Because easyblog, kommento, easysocial does not show any template issue and also zinc theme is fine I ask for help here...

Can you please have a look and try to provide a fix for this toolbar not displaying in pinter theme?

Hi,

This message show 2 (or more) users are trying to access the website with the same credentials.
You might have tried to login on 2 different computers or another support member was already logged in the website when you tried to login.
I saw Stackideas connected and last logged in 2015-02-24 11:02:16 our time zone.

The access details are correct.

I am sorry for the delay of this reply.

After some checking on your shaper_helix3 template file, it seems like the bootstrap.min.css file is causing the issue with the easydiscuss toolbar. Since its already compiled, it is hard for us to do the fix inside the css file. You might need to consult with your template provider regarding on the fix inside bootstrap.min.css so that the toolbar will display properly.

Please note that this is beyond our support scope as it involve with other component.

I have posted the template issue on joomshaper and waiting to receive an answer.

Would it be possible to call the "Zinc" toolbar in the "Pinter" layout?
If yes, can you explain how?

Hello,

Yes you can. You can copy all the file that contain toolbar.php (Got 5 of it) inside zinc themes folder and paste it into pinter themes folder. After that copy all the element inside style.php inside the zinc/styles folder and paste it inside the pinter/styles/style.php. With that the zinc toolbar should be displayed inside your pinter themes.

I found 6 of them

After that copy all the element inside style.php inside the zinc/styles folder and paste it inside the pinter/styles/style.php.

I cannot find any style.php element ?

I 'm not succeeding

Copied files in themes/pinter:

toolbar.conversation.item.php
toolbar.conversation.php
toolbar.notification.php
toolbar.php
toolbarsubscription.email.php


Copied files in themes/pinter/styles:

style.css
style.failsafe.css


Could have a closer look on your side or post a zip file ?

Hello,

It works fine in my local but somehow it does not working well with your local. Perhaps there are some issue that preventing the css to be loaded properly. My suspect is because of your template file that override the style.
