Hi, i am using Easydiscuss 3.2.9534, i can delete post, reply to post but i cannot save post after editing it.
need help here.

May I know what error (if any) you get when submit the post? Or you can provide us your backend and FTP access so we can have a look on your issue here.

Hello,

I've tested edit your question (with and without SEF), both are working just fine. I was able to click the submit button and the question has changed. Did I missed anything? Please advise.

Hi, there is no submit button, i just see cancel and save.
And I can save if recaptcha is disabled or when SEF is disabled.
But I see submit button when i am using the mobile template

hi i think there is a glitch in my system (my website),
when i login using dummy ID (either as super admin, or as registered user), i can edit and recaptcha is showing.
but the most dangerous thing is, a dummy registered user, can also edit my post (post by super user).
i dont know what to do.

Hi,

I believe there is misconfigured setting in your EasyDiscuss ACL. Here my screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/ONSRVZ9K17 and http://screencast.com/t/vmTn5a5nOHH . You can configure this here: Joomla > Components > EasyDiscuss > ACL > (registered). I have turn off this setting and now it is working correctly. Can you verify this for me?

Hello Sthetix,

Sorry for late reply to this and my colleague is not around here, the main issues is it when the user edit the reply and click save (after fill in the recapture number) then it keep show this error "Invalid captcha"? Please advise.

HI, the main problem is, when i logged in as administrator, the recaptcha image is not shown when trying to edit a post (but simple captcha image is shown when opted).
. Try re-activating the recaptcha and access my main admin account.

and why suddenly i have strict standard warning on my frontpage? did you activate it?

Btw, i think you should follow the steps of komento, please enable recaptcha only for registered user only and exclude admins

Glad to hear your issue have been resolved. Yes, we do alter the code. Actually you're the first to encounter this issue and it seems like a bug from our end.
