I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. Currently it doesn't send email notifications but it does utilize the internal notification system. I will add a fix for this in the next release of EasyDiscuss.

I understand what you are saying - but my website is not Facebook - it is a new discussion site - in other words, people do not check it every day like they check Facebook.
I need to use it because people will use my site to send messages to other members, without knowing their email (I do not want to make members email available on site, but I want members to be able to send messages to eachother.) For this PM system is perfect - but then I need email notifications.

When do you think this will be implemented?
