Hi,

when a member post a discussion, i cannot get any notification... i want to get e-mail notification when user create discussion but only this mail must send super user....the other question... when super user reply a question, e-mail must send the user who ask the question...how can i solve this

Have you enabled these option in Easydicuss>Settings>Notifications: http://screen.stackideas.com/2014-11-25_1022.png . If you have already did, there is maybe something wrong with your cronjob. You might want to provide us your backend, FTP and cpanel so we can check this for you.
