Is GIPHY still available for EasyDiscuss?
Couldn't find it based on this document;

Oh wait, I just forgot the updated EasyDiscuss; which should be released shortly will have.

We do not currently have the ETA on the release of EasyDiscuss 5.0 but it is currently at RC 3 and it would be helpful if we have more hands helping to test this release

We would be thrilled to lend a hand...and can test it on the site referenced in this ticket, if you like?

I imagine since we are in one of the last roll-outs before launching it is stable enough to place onto a live site?

Yes, we are almost there. We might need to release another RC4 as we added some last minute features into EasyDiscuss 5.
