It would be great to be able to reduce the complexity of the "ask a question" page.

I simply want a single question box (no title, no category, etc.).

Please view the attached image. What would be involved in creating a new php page that only displayed this information, and not all of the other info usually associated with the "ask a question" page?
Also, it would be really cool if you could click on a "ask a question" button, and this single entry area would pop up as a modal.

Hi Nick. I added the suggestion to the voices page. Ironically, if you look at that page, it actually comes very close (simplistic approach) to what I am requesting! So the request form itself is sort of what I want.
