I have enabled the joomla subscribe module and placed it in position "subscribe" but for some reason users are unable to use it to subscribe. Users can subscribe using the subscribe button in the blog toolbar but the module does not work. I have disabled the module in the backend to prevent users from subscribing while the module isn't working.

Thanks!
hey Emily,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

I have a little bit lost here, do you mean Joomla subscribe module or Easyblog subscribe module?

By the way, I have tried to enabled back Easyblog subscribe module from your backend, then I try to subscribe it, it seems work fine for me, take a look of my screenshot below.

Thanks Arlex, that module that you subscribe to was the one that I was referring to. That part of the module has always worked, however if you go into the backend at look at the list of subscribers your name will not be included.

it should work fine now, can you give it a try now?
