After debugging your site long time, it seems like this issues causing by when the language string show this :

COM_EASYBLOG_AGREE_TERMS_AND_CONDITIONS="من قوانین ارسال نظر را مطالعه کرده و موافقم <a href=\"_QQ_"_QQ_"%1s\"_QQ_"_QQ_" style=\"_QQ_"_QQ_"text-decoration: underline;\"_QQ_"_QQ_">Terms & Conditions</a>."

Then it will failed.
What i did just now is remove 1 of the \"_QQ_ <-
So the correct string is :

COM_EASYBLOG_AGREE_TERMS_AND_CONDITIONS="من قوانین ارسال نظر را مطالعه کرده و موافقم <a href="_QQ_"%1s"_QQ_" style="_QQ_"text-decoration: underline;"_QQ_">Terms & Conditions</a>."

By the way, you can download my attachment file and replace in -> JoomlaFolder\language\fa-IR\fa-IR.com_easyblog.ini

This file I already removed 1 of the \"_QQ_ <- in the language string.
