Hm, there is something strange about the site as it looks like the index.html file is being added to the following folders,

/administrator/components/com_easyblog/defaults/blocks/
/administrator/components/com_easyblog/defaults/post_templates/

I have fixed this for you on the site and it is upgraded now I am looking at our files and it doesn't have an index.html anywhere.

Maybee this is caused by an older extension "aEsecure" ( https://www.aesecure.com/fr/ ) , I'm no longer using this anti-virus/web-protection extension since 3 months, but I remember this extension have a function "click here for install an index.html in ALL your Joomla folders" because they say "that increase your security level".... And I have clicked this button ^^ this is maybee why I have an index.html in ALL my folders...

I hope it will not be a probleme in the futur, otherwise, I will try to remember your answer and try to solve it myself...

I have actually applied a fix internally to prevent installation from failing if there is any plugins or if you manually upload some files into those folders mentioned above.

Therefore, you don't have to worry about upgrading in the future
