I think this MAY be a bug within EasyBlog, with regard to the Frontpage Layout and META Description and Keywords.

When I go to Google and type in my website's name, "CMS Connection" I get results shown below, in the screen capture. The problem is, the META information that shows up does not match what is in the menu associated with this. It also says, The Menu button called "BLOG" is linked to display all "Latest" blogposts, which is the Frontpage Layout. However, the META information I wrote in the BLOG menu's

Where is it pulling this data from? It also pulls a date, of "1993" into Google, for some reason!

Any ideas on how to change this?

Thanks! After checking this, it looks like you have customized the SEO settings for the frontpage of EasyBlog at /administrator/index.php?option=com_easyblog&view=meta&id=1 . You can actually change the values here. As for the "date", I am not really sure where this is coming from. I tried looking at the source of the page and can't find the dates that is shown on Google there
