Dear Support,

I have installed the easyblog with komento enabled.

the guest access can create the comment over the blog

http://prntscr.com/azmwby

the character counted and button submit enabled.

But for the logged user, putting some comment, the character not counted and the submit button not enabled.

http://prntscr.com/azmw16

ACL Komento for public
http://prntscr.com/azmx7i

ACL for the groups

http://prntscr.com/azmxbf

Thank you for your kind support
1. I would suggest that you paste the direct link to the page that has the problem so that I don't have to spend 30 minutes finding where is Komento enabled on.

2. The reason that my co-worker told you that switching template works is simply because with your current Joomla template, there are JS errors on every page. Take a look at this, http://screencast.com/t/wG0Z6dq9wrzI . These JS errors are causing Komento scripts to not get executed because javascript will stop executing scripts when it hits an error.

The only way to fix this is to turn off "Optimize JS" in Uber's template settings, http://screencast.com/t/F7sD2KXpv . Please try it again.

Dear Mark,

Sorry for the spending times, the komento is enabled to the whole site, and by default the optimize js and css is enabled by the template developer.

I was wondering how you guys figure it out and fix it lately, i am able to comment to any posting now. Your second answer is the answer that i am looking for.

Thank you very much for your kind support.
