I just clicked on the renew now button in the EasySocial email I received for updating. I selected professional for the savings benefit. However nothing is showing on my dashboard for that item. Can you please check to see if the order was made or not. I clicked on the email renew now button again and this time to option to update EasySocial is not available so some kind of action was taken by the system.

Regarding your recent renewal on EasySocial, your purchase did came through into our system but our system is not able to link your purchase with your user account due to the different email being used during your payment checkout process.
