Easy Discuss add new user from Front

Hello

I'm in the process of setting up Easy Discuss.

Our forum will be private and we will be issuing log in details to all our members, they will not be able to register themselves. So I have disabled User Registration.

I would like the Forum Administrator to be able to add new users from the front of the site, but I can't see how to do this. Please could you help.

I haven't set up the ACL permissions yet, but I do have a Forum Admin user group.

Hello Pam,

I'm sorry but it is not possible to add new user from frontend.

Very disappointing no front end ability to add new users as we're really happy with everything else.

Hi Pam,

Thanks for the heads up. The reason why this feature is not available is because the main purpose of this component is to create a Q&A site and widely use for discussion purpose. Hence we put other feature such as user management at the backend.
