After you know which language string you would like to change, you can using Joomla language override feature from backend and create the language override new string, so it prevent the modified language string will not get override when you update to next version.

Oh, it seems like you are not using version 2, so the path location should be JoomlaFolder\components\com_komento\themes\kuro\emails\..

Actually Komento 2 most likely fix all the integration with Easyblog and Easysocial latest version and we added 1 new theme call Wireframe.

And already supported Google recaptcha 2.0 .
