Hm, this is really odd. These albums are actually valid and I am not too sure how did you manage to re-create another cover and avatar album.

Is this group created with the new 1.4.x ? Was this group created quite a while ago?

Also, does this happen to other groups?

This group was created before the new update with images were added pre and post upgrade.
I haven't seen this in other groups yet. Should I just delete the duplicates and hope for the best?

Yeah, could you try to do that? I need steps to reproduce this because there is no way for avatar and cover album to be generated twice unless this was a bug in the older versions :*(

take a look at the attached image..when I went to delete duplicates I noticed there are a ton (about 30 instances)
of duplicates..not sure if I should delete all but one?

There seems to be other duplicates but not showing up in the front end like that one Group..some may be that some groups and users share the same avatar picture but I cant explain the Group I showed you..

Hm, perhaps you can temporarily delete those duplicates for now and try to monitor if the duplicates are being generated again?
