Unfortunately they cannot be downloaded as Fastspring doesn't have such functionality but you can actually try to print it and then save it as PDF

One problem I notice now. All invoices link to the same old unlimited invoice. Also the Komento shows up as Unlimited in my Dashboard but it should be Pro.

Can you check that?

Sorry about the juggling between forums and tickets as we're in the midst of transitioning all our tickets from Kayako over to the forums and we're also enhancing our forums shortly
