Does EasyDiscuss allow to vote without login?

I am building a page where users can add idea and any visitors can vote it without registration. Can EasyDiscuss do it? If yes, please guide how to configure.

Yes EasyDiscuss can do it. You can configure it in Components > EasyDiscuss > Settings, then click on voting on a sidebar. http://screen.stackideas.com/2015-04-27_1210.png

After that enable allow guest to vote. Here is the screenshot : http://screen.stackideas.com/2015-04-27_1211.png
