Sorry but I really do not understand you at all. If you could include some screen shots, that would be most helpful

The settings that you shown here are for e-mails parsing and not sending e-mail notifications. This settings is only required if you want EasyDiscuss to fetch e-mails as new posts on the site.

What do you mean receive notification? You need to find someone who could speak English and get them to translate it for you because to be honest, I cannot understand anything from your posts.

Hi Stefano,
If you mean email notifications, you would have to set up cron jobs to send out email notifications from your site.
You can refer to this list of guides on how to set up cron jobs depending on which cron job service you use. If you use Cpanel, they have cron job service as well.
In your EasyDiscuss backend, you need to configure your email notification settings under Settings>Notifications>E-mails(http://take.ms/5GOEO).

You also need to configure your mail settings in Joomla's Global Configuration>Server>Mail Settings page(http://take.ms/RoMAc). The email sender address here needs to be the same as the one in ED email notification settings for this to work. Your mail settings info can be obtained from your web hosting provider. You can click on the Send Test Mail button to see if your mail settings are correct.
Let us know if you have any other issues in this process.

Hey Stefano,
Your backend setting seems fine.
May I know which cronjob service are you using? Can you provide us access to your cronjob setting so we can help you make sure your cronjob is set up correctly? Thanks.

Hey Stefano,
I checked your cron command output and it looks like there is a misconfiguration.
Based on our plesk cron guide, the command should be in this format, depending on your site directory: php -q /var/www/vhosts/http://www.site.com/components/com_easydiscuss/cron.php
I took a look at your site directory and I can confirm that your cron.php directory ends with this: .../httpdocs/components/com_easydiscuss/cron.php

However, I could not set the full directory for you because I do not know your directory structure before httpdocs.
Can you consult your web-hosting provider to obtain your full directory structure for the domain? Let us know once you have a response from them.

Hey Stefano,
I have changed your cron command to run the task every 5 minutes. Can you check and see if you are receiving notification emails now? Let me know how it goes, thanks.

Hey Stefano,
I took a look at your email activity list and it appears all the rows of data are empty and have the id=0(http://take.ms/d60ZR). This is probably why no email data is being sent to the cron service.
The reason why all these id's are 0 is because your Auto-Increment(A_I) setting is not turned on in your database(http://take.ms/x3IN7). The auto-increment's purpose is to generate data in increasing value(1,2,3....).

We need to delete those emails with id=0 so we can turn on the auto-increment function. May I have your permission to purge your email activity list so we can do this? Let us know, thanks.

Hey there,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply,

I've checked in your site, it seems like you your existing discussion generated a lots of id 0 post, I already run a few SQL query to help you unpublished all of these which id is 0 from database, it should work fine now, can you give it a check?
