We have added this fix internally and will release in upcoming release.
For now to resolve this issue, find attached file and replace with below mentioned file paths.
root\administrator\components\com_payplans\includes\discount\discount.php
root\components\com_payplans\views\discounts\view.ajax.php

After replacing the files, please check this issue again and let me know if still issue persist.
