Em, if i recall correctly, we dont actually purge the items in our voice page. We will investigate as why these items is no longer appear in our voice page.

Hey Sam, is there some sort of "deleted record" of the three voice pages that I linked to? Joomla for example stores "deleted articles" until you click the permanently delete option.

Currently the voice page will move save the 'deleted' items into 'trash' state like how Joomla did. When author delete their voice item, it will directly delete from the database.

I am still checking this issue as i do not have the access yet to our live site database

I did not delete any of those voice pages. Understandable if you do not have access. One idea I suppose is if this could be forwarded to a staff member who does have access. Not trying to pick favorite staff members Sam, I've always enjoyed your positive replies and great support!

Thanks for the clarification. Haha no worry. Anyway i got the access to the database and to my surprise, the items that you'v mention are no longer in the database I still puzzled as why this is happening. Someone also reporting this same but when i check, the item wasn't saved in the database. I am keeping my eyes on this matter and hopefully I can figure out why this is happening.

By the way, if those items are created by you and if this is not too much to ask, maybe you can recreate your feature request in our voice page again? I apologise for any inconvenient that may have caused to you.

I recently submitted a voice page regarding pagination, it too disappeared. I should have made a backup of the text. Is there a "deleted record" for it? I'm assuming it too disappeared. Assuming this issue keeps going on, I might try to find a pattern. Perhaps things like "does new incoming voices override older ones based on a hidden unexpected voice number constraint", "does only voices with replied get affected", or "votes affecting which ones remain". I know these are not intentional things, but could play a role just how a new comment on the EasySocial stream affect the order of stream items loading. This is the first time I've had a stream item disappear this fast to my knowledge.

I am so sorry regarding the missing item on our voice page. I was able to access the 'pagination' voice you created on last few days until you notify me about this missing item and now I am not able to access anymore

I am still investigating as why these items went missing. There are no one working / moderating on the voice pages at the moment. Anyway, i created a test voice http://stackideas.com/voices/easydiscuss/item/953 and i did some test e.g add reply and delete my reply, vote this post and it seems the item is still there. You may playaround with this test voice and see if we can replicate the issue or not.

I will continue to monitor this issue and hopefully i can figure out what causes these voice items got removed from the system.

Thanks for reporting my missing voice item. I've check again our voice system and the only place user can delete a voice is via the controller. I've added logging on voice deletion and we will see how or what is actually deleting the voice item from our site.
