Hi,

Is it possible for me to create an article and not have it in any category but at the same time have the public viewing it? Please let me know how to do that.

Secondly, every time some is logged in it is viewable in the stream area. How do i disable this?

Third, i would like to disable public streaming without locking down the site?
Please let me.

Thanks
Anthony.
Hello Anthony,

You can disable the stream for "User just logged in" from the back end of EasySocial under Applications -> Users - Users app . You can turn this off in the application settings.

As for creating an article, I don't quite get you here. It actually depends on your Joomla viewing access.

To disable public streams, you need to lock down the site

O.K thanks,

Got it done,

I am a bit reluctant of updating to the latest EasySocial. Is it possible for you to tell me what updates have been made from 1.2.16 to 1.2.20 let me see if it is important because i am having a bit of a issue with some extensions. Don't want to upgrade and make it worst.

Thanks
