Im having trouble embedding Google document viewer because my uploads don't have file endings. i.e .doc. Can someone point out where the file upload code happens. I can see code for uploading images but nor attachments in general.

The file that control the attachment is in this file: ../administrator/components/com_easydiscuss/tables/post.php on line 960. Hope this helps.
