Difference - My ticket (created) & my tickets I answered. How to find?

Hi

for ED on Stackideas helpdesk you have menu for search for "My ticket" (Recent) so you can find tickets you started.

Q: How can I find the tickets I answered for someone else not the one I created ? or is the feature missing in ED..
