The template pixel interests me. The demo on your website has not worked for some time.

Hello Melanie,

May I know what errors are you getting with the demo site? The site seems to be rendering correctly for me here.

Hi there,

Hmmm. I've checked the Pixel demo site and it is rendering correctly for me here as well. Perhaps, you can try with a different browser and clear some cache?

Please let us know how it goes.
Thanks.

Hi there,

Thanks for updating us back. Pixel template demo site does not have SSL enabled. You should be able to access it at http://pixel.stackideas.com.

Anyway, I've done some googling and found this article: https://support.kaspersky.com/common/safemoney/12489.

Hope this can help.
Thanks.

Hi

I don't have this problem with the other demos. the other demos don't have ssl either.
I have been using kaspersky for years and no website has been displayed incorrectly or blocked.
kaspersky somehow blocks only certain files from pixel, content is displayed.

but for me this has been solved.
Thanks

best regards
Melanie

Hi Guys,

For those who encountered the same issue, you guys might want to check out below solution shared by Andrew Gabites:

My solution was to uninstall Kaspersky, keeping the current licence settings, and then download and install Kaspersky again.

Thanks again to Andrew Gabites for sharing his solution with us. You can find Andrew's thread at below link:

Thanks again and have a nice day
