deleted images keep coming back

hi there, when i delete images from easyblog using the media manager and then upload another image with the same name I keep getting the old 'wrong' image back in my blog post. I have already deleted them from the server using FTP and also cleared Joomla s cache but for some reason I cannot figure out I keep getting the 'old' image back ...

That was strange, it should not suppose to come back after you deleted.
can i have your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can help you check on this? Please advise.
Also, may i know how to i reproduce on this issues as well?

Hi arlex, sorry for late reply. I found the issue myself. I needed to clear the cache inside easyblog itself in the back end. Apparently deleting the file from the media browser and the joomla cache is not enough. It needs be cache to be cleared as well.
