Do you mean when you edit one of the existing post and save it, that original category will automatically assigned to default category?

If yes, can you provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can better have a check?

Yes i mean that. I noticed that not always happen but it happened. Also i noticed another issue. If i schedule a new post (for example to publish it in 2 days from now) and i reopen it maybe to edit something the tags of the post (easyblog tags not content tags) are not present so i have to insert them again.
