Hi there,

We set, on a profile type/general an avatar which I understood will become the default avatar for a new user. It looks like that does not work and users get the usual silhouette (grey man with a white tie).

I've actually identified the core issue here and it seems like it was not intended to use the default avatar as the "Default Display Avatar. The default avatar set in the profile is only automatically selected if the user does not have an avatar and tries to edit the profile.

Anyway I've fixed this behaviour internally and will be included in the next release.

Hi,

Ahh I see that it doesn't affect existing users.

Currently it is applying only for newly registered users and I will patch it internally to work with existing users as well in the next version.
