Dashboard Languages reloads endless

On backend easysocial, I want to change the languages ... but the site reloads endless.
I´m using google chrome on windows 8.1 64bit to enter site.
Same problem on firefox 36
Oh ... think problem is solved ... I got a blocking message from my providers firewall

Hello,

It looks like for some reasons your hosting provider might be disallowing outgoing connections to http://lang.stackideas.com/easysocial . You need to contact your web hosting provider to allow this to happen.

My provider tells me that there is no disallowing of this adress ... could it be anything else ?
