1- add the link for add the group and for the evenement like i have for add filter on the Elegant style (picture)

-> You can do template overrides in the files below:
JOOMLA_FOLDER\components\com_easysocial\themes\wireframe\dashboard\sidebar.groups.php
JOOMLA_FOLDER\components\com_easysocial\themes\wireframe\dashboard\sidebar.events.php
Template Overrides

2- on the dashboard change the ( french traduction text), for example change friends by my contact, (i need to change the text on yellow color on the picture) (Elegant style)

-> You can simply change the languange string in the folder:
JOOMLA_FOLDER\language\fr-FR\fr-fr.com_easysocial.ini
and search the language string below:
COM_EASYSOCIAL_DASHBOARD_SIDEBAR_ME_AND_FRIENDS=
COM_EASYSOCIAL_RECENT_UPDATES=
COM_EASYSOCIAL_STORY_PLACEHOLDER=
