Hi,

On our website we have a pre-sales forum open to registered users. Our membership system is doing by payplan. When a user click on "register" in the toolbar or on "Ask a question" he's redirected to payplan membership subscription instead of the free registration page.

Is there a way to change those links with an override?

Cheers,
Hello Tristan,

May I know which particular page or link are you referring to here? I can only let you know which files is involved if you can let me know which page / link are you referring to

Hello Tristan,

Just to make a confirmation with you, have you change the link already? Because I've checked your site and seems like the Ask Question and Register button is link to custom Plans page. Please advise.

Hi,

Nope, I think Payplan is doing a redirect in place of the default registration.
So I'm searching a solution to force this URL using an override:

Hello Tristan,

If Payplans is performing the redirection, I guess it's best that you apply those hacks on Payplans? EasyDiscuss doesn't actually enforce any "redirections" here? Am I understanding this correctly?

Hi,

Yes, I was thinking that but the problem is that it may break other redirection if I disable the Payplan registration link.
That's why I was thinking doing the trick on this page only.

Or maybe is there a way to hide those registration/Ask a question buttons if the user is not registered? (I've already put a custom one in green bellow).

Cheers,

Hello Tristan,

You can customize this by editing the file /components/com_easydiscuss/themes/simplistic/toolbar.php
