Hi,

I've a few questions, which you might be able to assist me with.

I've 3 custom fields in the user profiles that I can;t seem to get working properly.

1) The country field, for some reason it doesn't save the selection I made from available countries.

2) The time zone field, the box is too small, which makes reading the content difficult / impossible.

3) The Skype field, I can't seem to get the Skype buttons to appear. Do I need to install something additionally to make this work?


Additionally I have a challenge with my toolbar drop down menu. After upgrade to version 1.3.15 the drop down doesn't work anymore. It doesn't display the drop down anymore.

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply, my colleague may have missed your post earlier. I have checked on your site and fixed both issue #1 and #2. Issue #3 however is a little tricky because your site is rendered with https but Skype's API doesn't have a https url for their script library and their certificate is actually self signed (Which is causing issues). You can try accessing their https version at https://www.skypeassets.com/i/scom/js/skype-uri.js

I am really sorry, it seems like your provided credentials doesn't work or you haven't activate our access yet.

Strange, I just double checked the site front-end and back-end access and ftp access and everything works fine.
Can you retry?
