Ah, it seems like you provided that FTP URL contain the comma, I changed to dot, I can connect with your FTP server.

I've tried to update again 1.3.30 version in your site, but i hitting this memory limit issue, can you request with your webhosting provider to help you increase memory limit to 256M ?

I'm not sure in understand. Our sever has 3gb of memory and I haven't had any issues when updating to 1.3. I will double check if it is restricted to 256mb but it really shouldn't be.

Our dev environment was low. I've updated it to 256.

I've checked in your php information from your backend, it seems like your current memory_limit is set to 128M only (screenshot : http://screencast.com/t/bJnMDOvG84w ), perhaps you can try set `memory_limit` to 256M from your server php.ini file .
