I followed the instructions in the documentation area. Is that up to date? I'm not getting any emails?
hello jmb ,

Can you provide us with your Joomla backend and Cpanel access so we can help you check on your configuration/path is it set correctly? Please advise.

Hi. Sorry I'm just getting back to this. This is the path:

/bin/wget -O /dev/null "http://mysitename.com/index.php?option=com_easysocial&cron=true";

I followed the instructions from your documentation but it is not working. The email that I receive says this:

/bin/sh: /bin/wget: No such file or directory

Hello jmb,

Thanks for getting back to us,

First can you try this following cron command and see how the server respond to your email?

/usr/bin/wget -O /dev/null "http://mysitename.com/index.php?option=com_easysocial&cron=true"

If still the same hitting this "No such file or directory", you have to consult with your Webhosting provider regarding your server wget path.

Hello jmb,

Great, that respond tell you that cron command already connected.
Can you check your backend > easysocial > email activity is it will auto send out to your user?
May i know how many minute you set for the cron time interval?

I don't have any new emails in the "Email Activity" tab in the backend. What can I do to generate an email? I Created a new test event and test group but I did not get emails. The time interval is every 5min:

Minute: */5
Hour: *
Day: *
Month: *
Weekday: *
