I am generally loving ES - so much easier to work on as designer and end user.

I have just copied a user profile by doing a save as copy. As far as I can determine the copy bit did not copy the content of *some* of the content fields.

All fields are copied
Text fields work just fine
Fields including check boxes and dropdowns do not contain their contents e.g there is a dropdown widget but there are no options within it.

I don't really think this is WAI ? I'll do a bit more work on it as site is offline at the mo but wondered if anyone else had seen this ?

Version upto date as of yesterday

Thanks
Richard
Hello Richard,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply.

Regarding your issue with the profile copy, confirmed it is a bug in EasySocial and we currently working on a solution to address this issue. This issue will be fixed in next release of EasySocial.

The temporary work around is, go to the profile you want to copy, and simply click on the fields that has multiple options ( checkbox, dropdown list or any fields that has multiple options ) so that the field's setting dialog popup. When the dialog box pops up, just close it. You need to repeat the same step to all your fields that has multiple options. Once done, you can then click on 'save as copy', the options will then copied correctly.

I am sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused to you.
Hope this help and have a nice day
Sam

Hello Richard,

Hm, does it happen for each of the profile that you copied? Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue?

Hello Richard,

Sorry but not too sure which issue is this. Can you please start a new thread with your other issue?
