What should the sort order of "contacts" in Conversekit be? I was hoping it would be who's online first, then last time on, second? But I can't quite determine what it currently is...?

Unfortunately, those sorting(contacts) are based on user ID currently. But it would be best if you can submit a feature request regarding this issues by creating a new ticket on the forums and set it to "Feature Request", so everyone else could vote for it, the more people request on this, and we will priority consider it.
