Hi,

I have set the "Monitoring Interval (Seconds)" to 1 second and the conversekit doesn't receive the message if you have the chat open.
If you have the ConverseKit close you receive only one message ... the second one you will receive after you refresh the page.
Please solve this issue.

Thank you.
Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

It seems like this issue only happen when you test on build-in conversation system with Conversekit, i will log this issue into our issue tracker.

Hello Cristian,

The initial state of the counter on the chat bubble only shows an indication of total conversation recipients not total messages. Perhaps it would also be ideal to standardize this to reduce confusions.

It okay Christian

I will log this issue and discuss with our developer and see if we can standardise this to show total of the message on the chat bubble in the next version.
