Hi,

I wanted to integrate Komento into my company's site and installed the latest version. For whatever reason the whole Komento section is being injected between the article headline and the body. How can I fix this, so the section appears beneath the article body, as it should? Please see attached image.
Hello Joon,

Thanks for the access. I've checked your site and seems like the issue is came from your template override. In this file ../templates/forte/html/com_content/article/default.php, the $this->item->event->afterDisplayContent is echoed after the title which is different from the original file: ../components/com_content/views/article/tmpl/default.php. afterDisplayContent shouldn't be displayed before the content (after title). I've moved it to the bottom (after content). Hope this helps.

Hey Joon,

Can you provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can better have a look?

By right it should display after the article content.

*You can put the information in the optional information field below(SITE DETAILS). Don't worry about privacy. Only Support team can view the information.

Okay... I have added the site info. Please let me know how this can be fixed. I had to deactivate the component/integration as it was (obviously) not displaying correctly.

Thanks!

Hey Joon,

I have tried to access in your Joomla backend, but it seems like you provided that login credentials is not working.
Warning
Username and password do not match or you do not have an account yet.

Also can you provide us one of the Joomla article URL from your site as well?

Your editor is truncating and removing characters from the password field under Site Details...

Hello Joon,

I'm sorry, can you provide us your FTP access so I can check your file? I've tested it in my local and the Komento form loaded find at the bottom of the Joomla article.

Greatly appreciated. I should have done a diff on those files to see and catch that. Thanks again!
