Component not loading on the site

hi there;

there's a problem in uploading the extension, when I upload the zipped file it doesn't show that it has been uploaded successfully , or even show in components. I am not sure what we did wrong can you please check this for us.

hi there;

the only details I can give you is backend joomla access username and password, I can create new user for you.

Yes, it will help, but in case we need to troubleshoot in your site, we need to have your site FTP access.
