Community website outings and events in Paris with Easysocial

Hello everyone,

I'm a big "fan" of Stack Ideas productsand especially "EasySocial" I have since the beginning almost.

I have a website project in which I would like EasySocial is the main element. A community website geared towards the management of events, outings with the Groups. I think EasySocial may well do the job for it. I know there are other components that do this very well, but they do not integrate with Easysocial and management of great users!

I found this and this corresponds exactly to what I wanted: http://www.tigracon.com/easysocial
But TIGRA answered me: "At the moment socialboards and circles are not available for easysocial They Will Be updated for the latest release of easysocial in time if There Is interest.."
I am annoyed because that's exactly what I needed in combination with EasySocial.

I have used the template JA Wall for two sites (http://www.nostendresannees.com and http://www.christophe-jullien.com) and it would be great if I could integrate EasySocial like to JA Wall JEvents done.
Is this possible?

You understood in this project, I search advanced user management and events while providing a thumbnail wall.

The classic interface Easysocial not enough for me for events.

Hello Stef,

I don't think there's a quick solution for this and it's most likely that you would need to customize the template files from Joomlart or create a new template override for this to happen. Perhaps you should try to check with Joomlart and see if they have an idea of how they could add a new adapter for their Joomla template?

Hello.
Here is what is my plan:
The site aims to bring together members for outings and events, like an OVS (http://onvasortir.com/) or a Meetup.

Regarding the organization of outings and events, registration is free and once registered, members can create outputs or join groups (cinema, restaurant ...) in order to participate or to propose ideas other outputs. This group is part of the site a closed social network in which each member can become a friend of another, and tastes and affinities for the proposed events. Thus, in a group, each "friend" is charged with an output proposed by a member of the group.

I am looking for a way to highlight on the home page groups and events (with Easysocial).

Hm, what you could do is to create menu items that accesses both the groups and event's page? Or perhaps set either one as your home page item? Is that what you are trying to achieve here?

Alternatively, you could actually utilize the groups and events module to display the groups and events on your current home page
