Hi,

Example:

0. Guests should be able to
0.1 see profiles

1. Registered (Profiletype: Konsumenten) should be able to
1.1 see community profiles
1.3 follow profiles
1.4 connect with profiles
1.5 attend events

Problems:
but they should be not allowed to:
2.2 only see specific groups from categories
2.3 only see events from specific categories "Verbrauchermessen"

How can i archive that?

Plus

Where exactly can i set, that the dashboard shows only informations from connected users? Not from the whole site?
PS: i created a map for better understanding:
I think, this should be part of the rules settings in order to solve this?!

Hi Dennis,

I believe what you are trying to achieve here is more like a separate community for guest and registered user am I right? Unfortunately we do not have such feature yet in easysocial and perhaps you can post this suggestion inside our voice page so we other user can vote for it.

Hi,

not really. Only the public should be able to access events, groups, profiles- but with no interaction.
Only a few access rules are needed as i think to achive that.
Its a common thing. Think on linkedin for example. You can access a profile, but you cant connect.
Please provide a solution/rules

Hi Dennis,

I am sorry but I'm not quite understand of what you actually meant here. Do you mean by the public user or ESAD user? You also mentioned about the possibilities of "guest" user are able to create stories or status update on the dashboard right now which I believe is not possible to do so for public user to composer a story in dashboard.. Can you explained in details regarding on this inquiry?

with: "Only the public should be able to access events, groups, profiles- but with no interaction." i ment the public/non registered users
Now its possible to access an event, but if you click on a profile avatar as a not logged user iam redirected to the register formular instead of showing the profile

This is not possible out of the box but if you want, you can customize it. If you are requesting for a feature, please feel free to utilize our feature request system at http://stackideas.com/voices/easysocial
