Common Registration workflow for profile types

I have 2 profile types and updated one of the profile registration workflows, (which I assume updates the actual fields, etc. profile page for that profile).

What I want is the same profile fields and values for both profiles.

Is there a way to copy them over or set the profile fields/values in a common place and applicable to all profile types?
Hi Jason Wells,

Unfortunately, there is no setting to copy the profile fields to an existing profile type. It is only can achieve by copy a whole profile type to another new profile type by:
1. Click EasySocial>Profile Type>Choose-profile-type>Click save as copy
So you have a duplicated of the profile type with a same configuration
